The
No Fear company launched a new motocross series for 2007. The
No Fear Moto X America Tour features five rounds of motocross
racing with a heavy emphasis on grass roots racing and family
fun. The tour features classifications for riders of all ages
and skill levels but also several “first timer” classes
that allow inexperienced riders a chance to experience the
excitement of racing in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. Camping
is highly encouraged at each round and after the racing
concludes, there are various types of entertainment featuring
activities, games and social opportunities that each member of
the family may participate in and enjoy.

No Fear America Tour offers something for everyone including
holeshot prizes for every moto of every class as well as
awards, gifts and giveaways. All participants are guaranteed

Collegeboy moto at the No Fear Moto X Amaerica Tour at Broome-Tioga on
May 5th in Binghamton, New York.
Round
two of the series was hosted by Hurd Motorsports at the
beautiful Broome-Tioga Sports Center in Binghamton, New York.
The racecourse for the event was not the usual abbreviated
amateur layout but the full Broome-Tioga National racecourse.
When
the gate dropped for the opening Lites Intermediate class moto,
Josh Emmi, Marshall Hurd, Zach Raus and Sonny Drake led the
charge out of the switch-back first turn. When the leaders
appeared at the top of the National hill on lap one, Drake
occupied the point and had already gapped second place rider,
Emmi by five seconds. Hurd, Raus and Corey Shipos rounded out
the top five. Drake was clearly in a class of his own,
starting the third lap with a whopping 15-second lead. Raus
made the pass on Hurd and Emmi taking
second on the previous lap. Emmi was relegated to third and
Hurd fourth. Hurd did all he could to get around Emmi but ran
out of time. Drake took the checkers with a 20-second
advantage. Raus, Emmi, Hurd and Shipos closed out the top
five.

Drake,
Shipos, Raus, Hurd and Emmi led the start of the final Lites
Intermediate moto. Drake once again quickly left the rest of
the field behind, starting lap two with a five second lead
that grew with each passing lap and at the checkered flag
totaled 20-seconds. Raus, Hurd, Shipos and Emmi closed out the
top five.

Drake
topped the podium with a perfect 1-1. Raus consistent 2-2’s
netted him runner-up and Hurd closed out the podium with his
4-3 tally.

Emmi,
Nick Johnson, RJ Reynolds, Tyler Burhans and Michael James led
the start of then first Collegeboy moto. Emmi continued to
hold the point after the first lap with Reynolds, Jamie
Lawrence, Johnson and James in tow. The leaders quickly spread
out and remained almost unchanged at the finish. Emmi took the
win with a five second lead. Reynolds, Lawrence, James and
Johnson closed out the top five.

start of the final Collegeboy moto was almost a repeat of the
first as Emmi, Lawrence, Reynolds, Johnson and James rounded
the switch-back first turn. Emmi went wire to wire for the win
again, unchallenged. Reynolds, Johnson, Lawrence and Burhans
closed out the top five.
Emmi
(1-1) took the overall, Reynolds (2-2) second and Lawrence
(3-4) third.
